About the Role

We’re seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business across the U.S. market. This is a remote position, offering autonomy and direct access to leadership. You’ll be responsible for selling a broad portfolio of logistics services—including international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and warehousing solutions—while developing long-term relationships with key decision makers. This role comes with a highly competitive commission structure, designed to reward performance in year one and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to win new international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and warehousing business

  • Prospect and engage with mid-market and enterprise-level clients across diverse industries

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to client onboarding

  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Maintain and grow strong customer relationships to maximize account potential

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ proven sales experience in international freight forwarding

  • Familiarity with customs brokerage and warehousing services

  • Strong network of decision makers within import/export, retail, manufacturing, or related sectors

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Must be U.S.-based with the ability to travel for client meetings when required
