About the Role
This is a strategic commercial role focused on developing new business opportunities across the company’s integrated logistics and warehousing solutions. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored logistics solutions that align with each customer’s operational and commercial objectives.
Working closely with senior leadership and operations teams, you’ll help expand the company’s U.S. presence through a consultative, solutions-based sales approach.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across freight forwarding, warehousing, and commodity logistics services.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue and margin goals.

Build strong relationships with clients across industries such as metals, energy, construction, and agriculture.

Collaborate with internal operations, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Candidate Requirements

5+ years of experience in business development within freight forwarding, warehousing, or commodity logistics.

Proven track record of winning and managing accounts within industrial or commodity sectors.

Strong understanding of multimodal logistics, port operations, or supply chain services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Based in or near Houston, TX (or open to travel to the region as required).
