About the Role
This position will focus on new business acquisition and client relationship management across the Northeast region. You’ll identify and develop opportunities within industries such as manufacturing, retail, and technology, while collaborating closely with internal operations and overseas teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions. The role offers autonomy, high earning potential, and the chance to represent a forwarder with exceptional global capabilities and a strong reputation for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a structured sales strategy to drive new business growth in air and ocean freight.

Identify, pursue, and secure new clients across targeted verticals.

Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.

Collaborate with pricing, operations, and overseas teams to deliver competitive and efficient solutions.

Report on sales activity, pipeline performance, and revenue forecasts.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of freight forwarding sales experience with proven success in air and/or ocean freight.

Strong understanding of international logistics, customs, and trade lane development.

Existing customer relationships within the Northeast region preferred.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Must be based in or near a major Northeast hub (e.g., NY/NJ, PA, MA, CT).
