Known for its agile approach and customer-first mindset, the company specializes in air and ocean freight solutions, with a focus on transpacific and cross-border trade. Its Miami branch serves as a strategic hub for both North-South and East-West trade lanes, offering clients flexible, tech-enabled logistics services.


About the Role

This is a high-impact sales role focused on expanding the company’s presence across Florida and the broader Southeast region. You’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, particularly with mid-sized shippers across retail, consumer goods, and industrial verticals. With access to robust operational support and competitive rates, you’ll lead the sales cycle from lead generation through to onboarding, driving sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow air and ocean freight accounts

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across various industry sectors

  • Manage client relationships post-sale to ensure service excellence and repeat business

  • Collaborate with operations and overseas agents to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions

  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and forecasting via internal CRM systems

  • Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities in Florida


Candidate Requirements

  • 3+ years of freight forwarding sales experience, ideally in both air and ocean freight

  • Proven track record in securing and growing mid-market or enterprise-level accounts

  • Strong understanding of international trade, customs, and logistics operations

  • Based anywhere in Florida with the ability to travel as needed across the state

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-first mindset

  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely or independently
