Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic goals for the airfreight product.
- Conduct market research and analysis, transforming insights into concrete action plans.
- Support sales teams in generating new business and expanding existing client relationships.
- Share up-to-date market trends and intelligence across the global network.
- Negotiate and manage airfreight purchasing and rate analysis.
- Ensure compliance with regulated agent status and all current aviation security regulations.
- Implement new security measures and operational best practices across the airfreight product.
- Completed vocational training in freight forwarding and logistics or a comparable qualification.
- Initial experience in airfreight operations and aviation security is advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen with a structured and analytical approach.
- Professional, confident communication style with a high level of self-organisation.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering value.
- Enjoyment in working with international clients and stakeholders.
- Fluent in German & English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
