Role Overview:

As the Air Freight Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of air freight operations, ensuring timely and efficient handling of import and export shipments. You will act as the key point of contact for clients, airlines, and overseas agents, and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end air freight shipments, both import and export

• Liaise with clients, airlines, customs brokers, and overseas agents

• Prepare and process necessary documentation including air waybills, customs entries, and commercial invoices

• Ensure compliance with international air transport regulations (IATA, TSA, etc.)

• Track and trace shipments, proactively addressing any delays or disruptions

• Negotiate rates with carriers and optimize routes to ensure cost-efficiency

• Maintain accurate records in freight management systems

• Provide regular updates and excellent customer service to clients
