Their Miami branch plays a crucial role in managing fast-paced, time-critical air export shipments across Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

About the Role

This position oversees end-to-end coordination of international air export shipments—from booking through to final delivery. You’ll serve as the main client liaison, manage export documentation and AES filings, and ensure all shipments comply with TSA and IAC regulations. The role demands precision, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority exports. Experience with CargoWise is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage air export shipments, preparing documentation including HAWBs and MAWBs
• Submit AES filings and ensure compliance with TSA and export regulations
• Coordinate cargo bookings with airlines and arrange pickups via approved agents
• Maintain adherence to IAC program requirements
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and solutions
• Prepare invoices, vendor bills, and maintain accurate shipment records
• Keep up to date with trade lane-specific regulations and documentation needs
• Collaborate with internal teams in sales, operations, and IT
• Provide backup support for ocean export/import as needed

Candidate Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in air freight forwarding or export logistics
• High school diploma required; degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus
• Strong understanding of AES filings, export documentation, and TSA/IAC compliance
• Proficient with CargoWise or similar TMS platforms
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to perform under tight deadlines
• Customer-focused and solutions-driven with a professional attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage
