Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in domestic logistics, including FTL, LTL, and expedited services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through a consultative sales approach.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and pricing strategies to clients.
  • Manage and track sales activities using CRM tools, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic transportation services (FTL, LTL, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and closing new business.
