Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Hire, train, and mentor branch staff to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to align branch operations with overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the logistics or shipping industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
