Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals and enhance operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Hire, train, and mentor branch staff to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the logistics or shipping industry.
